FTP Troubleshooting

If you have trouble connecting via ftp, try changing to passive mode.

In filezilla you would need to take this path, Edit/Settings/FTP and then choose Passive (recommended).

In some countries, some ISPs (internet service provider) block the use of FTP. Try using FTP with a different ISP and see if this resolves the issue.

I have uploaded two batches via web upload. I am not not able to view them as ‘pending images’ on your web site. Where can I view them?

The way to see your pending images is by logging into the main site, in your Account find the link ‘Images Pending/Online‘. Thumbnails of your images will gradually appear here. It could take 2 to 4 days for your images to appear here, depending on the size of the upload queue.

Ever though I have set “passive’ mode as recommended, I have trouble connecting via ftp. Please resolve.

Ftp credentials are not the same as your site login and password. You haven’t actually been given ftp credentials yet. I see that you just uploaded a batch via webpage upload. We’ll contact you to see if you still want ftp access.
